The Client agrees to reimburse the Photographer for all reasonable expenses relating directly to the Session itself (i.e. permit, parking fees, long distance fee, destination travel fees, accommodations, etc.). If any location charges for access, shooting permits, additional insurance, or the like, the Client will be responsible to cover all fees associated.

With two kiddos at home and with the penchant of booking last minute family trips, I don’t take reservations over 3 months (EXCEPT wedding / birth / fresh newborn 48) in case anything comes up. Weekend appointments fill up quickly, so book it before it’s gone.

I’m based in Westchester, New York. Sessions are booked in NYC, Long Island, NJ, CT and Philadelphia area year round. Travel sessions will occur per request.

Wear whatever best reflects you and your family. You can send me photos of what you pick and I am happy to give my advice.

No limitations for indoor sessions. If there’s a baby joining the session, pick the time that the baby is active so he/she can engage more.

For outdoor sessions, I would try to avoid noon because the light is harsh BUT if noon is the only time that works for you, it works for me as well (I have techniques that can adjust for the harshness of the light).

Pick anywhere that is special to you. I like shooting in new places because it always inspires me. Feel free to ask me for recommendations of scenic places as well!

Because I know the eager anticipation of waiting to see the final photos, I will always do my best to deliver no more than 5 business days for ALL packages except wedding (up to 10 business days).

Non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the time slot for any session. The remaining balance are due on the day of the session, no final gallery will be delivered until the full payment is received. Tip are optional but greatly appreciated.

There are no returns or refunds in the event the Client does not show up or is late. Clients are allowed one complimentary reschedule, provided the request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session time. Failure to do so may result in the session being deemed canceled. The reschedule must be requested and confirmed in writing, and the new session must take place within 3 months of the original session date. If the rescheduled session does not occur within this 3-month period, the session will be forfeited, and all fees paid will be non-refundable.

NO CANCELLATION IS ALLOWED in any circumstances.

You can purchase the original photos in JPEG format for personal and commercial use, price will vary based on your need.

You can also purchase copyright transfer at additional cost. Copyrights can be purchased and must be requested within 3 days after the session date. Once the copyright is purchased, the photo is no longer under the photographer’s ownership, and you are free to make any edits or modifications as you wish.

All digital images included in all packages delivered to customer will be in JPEG format (Original RAW/JPEG files WILL NOT be provided).

YES!!

For edited photos, photographs will be lightly processed including light, contrast, and color adjustments to match the Photographer’s style as marketed and displayed.

For retouched photos, photoshopping, such as cloning, smoothing, removal of hair, wrinkles, or blemishes, removal of distracting objects, and any other cosmetic edits or manipulations are based on Photographer's creative control. Additional edit or photoshopping will be billed separately.
